What this application is
Skybooks E-Commerce is the bookkeeping application of Multihub SIA, trading as Skybooks, an accounting firm registered in Latvia. It connects the online shops of the firm's bookkeeping clients so that their sales and payment records can be brought into the client's statutory accounts and VAT returns.
Who can use it, and what it costs
Only the firm's bookkeeping clients use it. It comes with their accounting engagement and is included in the accounting fee agreed with the firm: there is no separate subscription and no charge per connected shop. There is no public sign-up; the firm creates each client's account.
What it reads, and what it never does
With the shop owner's authorization, granted through the platform's own OAuth consent screen, the application reads:
- shop receipts (orders): dates, amounts, taxes, refunds and the destination country;
- payment account ledger entries: deposits, fees and refunds;
- shipping profiles: the country each listing ships from;
- basic shop information: shop name and currency.
Access is read-only. The application never creates, edits or deletes anything in a connected shop, never posts or messages on the seller's behalf, and never sees the seller's platform password. For Etsy, the permissions requested are the read-only transactions_r and shops_r scopes.
For Amazon, the seller authorizes the application in Seller Central for Finance and Accounting, Tax Invoicing and Inventory and Order Tracking, plus Selling Partner Insights, which gives the store name shown on the connection. The tax report Amazon returns under Tax Invoicing also lists the buyer's name and address. The application drops those fields while it reads the report and never stores them. It keeps only what the VAT return needs: the destination country and, when the buyer is a business, its VAT number.
Privacy and data retention
The data is used solely to prepare the shop owner's statutory bookkeeping and tax filings. It is accessible only to the accounting firm's staff, and it is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. Transaction records are retained only as required by statutory bookkeeping obligations, and are pulled exclusively via the API. The application does not scrape, crawl or cache platform pages. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and a shop owner can revoke the connection at any time from their platform account settings.

Kas ir šī lietotne
Skybooks E-Commerce ir grāmatvedības lietotne, ko uztur Multihub SIA (tirdzniecības nosaukums Skybooks), Latvijā reģistrēts grāmatvedības birojs. Tā pieslēdz biroja klientu interneta veikalus, lai to pārdošanas un maksājumu dati nonāktu klienta grāmatvedībā un PVN deklarācijās.
Kas to var izmantot un cik tas maksā
Lietotni izmanto tikai biroja grāmatvedības klienti. Tā ir daļa no grāmatvedības pakalpojuma, par kuru klients ir vienojies ar biroju, un ir iekļauta grāmatvedības pakalpojumu maksā: atsevišķa abonementa nav, un par katru pieslēgto veikalu nav jāmaksā. Publiskas reģistrācijas nav; katra klienta kontu izveido birojs.
Ko lietotne nolasa un ko tā nekad nedara
Ar veikala īpašnieka atļauju, kas tiek dota platformas OAuth piekrišanas ekrānā, lietotne nolasa:
- pasūtījumu datus: datumus, summas, nodokļus, atmaksas un piegādes valsti;
- maksājumu konta ierakstus: ieskaitījumus, komisijas un atmaksas;
- piegādes profilus: valsti, no kuras tiek nosūtīts katrs sludinājums;
- veikala pamatinformāciju: nosaukumu un valūtu.
Piekļuve ir tikai lasāma. Lietotne veikalā neko neveido, nelabo un nedzēš, nesūta ziņas pārdevēja vārdā un nekad neredz pārdevēja platformas paroli. Etsy gadījumā tiek pieprasītas tikai lasīšanas atļaujas transactions_r un shops_r.
Amazon gadījumā pārdevējs Seller Central piešķir lietotnei lomas Finance and Accounting, Tax Invoicing un Inventory and Order Tracking, kā arī Selling Partner Insights, no kuras tiek iegūts pieslēgumā redzamais veikala nosaukums. Nodokļu atskaitē, ko Amazon sniedz Tax Invoicing lomā, ir arī pircēja vārds un adrese. Lietotne šos laukus atmet, kamēr nolasa atskaiti, un tos nekad neglabā. Tā saglabā tikai to, kas vajadzīgs PVN deklarācijai: piegādes valsti un, ja pircējs ir uzņēmums, tā PVN numuru.
Privātums un datu glabāšana
Dati tiek izmantoti vienīgi veikala īpašnieka grāmatvedības un nodokļu deklarāciju sagatavošanai. Tiem var piekļūt tikai biroja darbinieki, un tie netiek pārdoti, iznomāti vai nodoti trešajām personām. Darījumu dati tiek glabāti tikai tik ilgi, cik to prasa normatīvie grāmatvedības pienākumi, un tiek iegūti vienīgi caur API. Lietotne neveic platformas lapu skrāpēšanu vai kešošanu. Piekļuves tokeni tiek glabāti šifrēti, un veikala īpašnieks jebkurā brīdī var atsaukt pieslēgumu sava platformas konta iestatījumos.
